We don't have a price list as such - we don't calculate costs based on the number of cables and mic stands you require.  Our fees are based on the size of the event, the coverage required, the programme and, of course, the number of crew required for load-in, load-out and operation.

FESTIVAL PACKAGES - STAGE, LIGHT & SOUND

Typically, our charges for a three-day festival event (performance days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, load-in and set-up on the Thursday and breakdown on Monday) are around £5,500 - this equates to £1,500 each performance day and £500 for each of the set-up and breakdown days. This assumes a single stage, stage cover, full sound and light plus crew.

ONE-DAY EVENT PACKAGES - STAGE, LIGHT & SOUND

We charge around £2,500 for a single day event, providing set-up, performance and breakdown can all be achieved within one 24 hour period. This, again, assumes a single stage, stage cover, full sound and light plus crew.

SOUND & LIGHT PACKAGES

Combined sound and lighting packages start at £1,250 per day.

SOUND or LIGHTING ONLY

Depending on the venue, size, coveage required etc., sound or lighting packages start at around £750 per day. Charges are principally determined by the size of venue, audience coverage and crew required.

BASIC SYSTEMS

The above pricing assumes the use of our rider-friendly "top-of-the-range" inventory. We can supply cost-effective sound and lighting options based around our older systems for smaller events and performances. Charges start at around £250/day for packages that include active speaker systems, smaller digital desks and basic LED parcan lighting rigs.
